One of my favorite childhood candies was Pop Rocks. I loved how the tiny rocks dissolved in my mouth while making a sizzling sound. Couple that with the sweet taste of strawberry or cherry, and I was the happiest kid on earth. I recall after eating the candy that I'd get a sugar rush and would go outside and ride my bike for hours. Once my high was gone, I'd go in the house, sit on the floor, and watch Tom and Jerry.
